Headwaters Award
The Headwaters award honors achievement above and beyond the call of the Pacific Northwest Electric Power Planning and Conservation Act by a person who is directly involved in NWEC. Winners receive a plaque and a vial of water collected from the Columbia River’s headwaters in British Columbia.
