Event: BPA webinar/brainstorming session on how it can support utility weatherization programs after October 2015 (7/9/15)

As a result of the RTF’s recalibration of the SEEM modeling tool, weatherization measures both savings and payments will be significantly reduced on October 1st, 2015. Several customers have contacted BPA program staff to provide input and suggestions on how to manage through this change, but they would like to hear from more of their customers. During this brainstorming session, they hope to hear your feedback and ideas concerning:
1) How BPA can help utilities recruit homeowners and encourage them to weatherize their homes after these measure changes occur.
2) Alternative ways to find and document higher savings.
